Speechless.

Didn't see this posted anywhere. More details needed such as if consent was given, were the subjects paid, did this really happen during the Bush years too....???

Frisk 'em for cyanide, and give 'em a trial. I believe that's the precedent. With a gallows party for the guilty.

Reminds me of the tests in the late 40’s and 50’s on radioactive exposure. History does repeat itself.

Well, this looks like the way they’ll solve the coming crisis in medical care for the Baby Boomers. They can get rid of a lot of expensive geezers by inducing pneumonia during flu season and get away with it.

Apparently we are all being exposed to brain damaging mercury and cancer causing ultra violet radiation through the forced use of CFL light bulbs.

I suppose they are trying to balance the budget by killing off the next generation before they reach retirement age.

Of course, Congress most likely thought the EPA would conduct such research in a lawful manner.

Likely not 10 representatives who voted for the bill read it.

Congress is as guilty as the Executive branch in this. They write bills that essentially tell the Executive to go ahead and do what you think best and they treat their oversight duties like a joke.

I agree this is a very badly written story and smells like the writer is grinding an ax. I’d need to read some other points of view on it before I went ballistic over it.

The Obama Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) says no law empowers any judge to stop it from conducting illegal scientific experiments on seniors, children and the sick.

Oboma administration - Shades of Nazi Germany.

I believe that I have gotten several letters like thatand saw advertisements to that effect: They begin with:If you have had________ you may be qualified to particpate in an experiment conducted at ______ You will be compensated for your time. I always throw them away.

Ah, yes, situational ethics clears the way for more evil.

And does this now mean that the Tuskegee VD tests on blacks is, retrospectively, santified and the apologies of past administrations are now withdrawn?

More to come from the bh0 czars.

[ During that time at those university laboratories, EPA-employed or -funded researchers have intentionally exposed a variety of people to concentrated levels of different air pollutants, including particulate matter (soot and dust), diesel exhaust, ozone and chlorine gas — the latter substance more recognized as a World War I-era chemical weapon than as an outdoor air pollutant. ]

Hmmm...

Maybe they will be exposing gun owning patriots and conservatives to Zyklon B gas not in “actual” concentration camp, but as “part” of an Involuntary EPA study.....

I mean they need to find out what the effects on people are....

They are libtards, they will get a pass, the press throws petals at the feet of Obama’s administration, you see, the press has realized that if the majority of media don’t report a story, and only a few outlets, it never, ever happened, welcome to totalitarianism, isn’t it great? Now,who’s on the cocktail party list: Chrissy Matthews, all of CNN, Matt Lauer, Boehner, McConnel, oh, I see, and all of Comcast Universial NBC too.

They want to better understand cause and effect of various foods and environmental materials not to purposefully kill people but to levy fines and taxes. They need an endless stream of money to fund their crap. With universal health care and a nanny state they will fine & tax everything from big mac’s to power plants
