Texas was an independent nation from 1836-1845. If you believe that the time has come, rally in a peaceful, positive manner with fellow Texas patriots on the North Steps (the statists will be on the south steps)at the Capitol in Austin at high noon on Tuesday, January 8th, 2013 to let your voice be heard. If you believe that the federal government has infringed your liberty by violating the Tenth Amendment, by devaluation of the dollar, engages in reckless spending and borrowing that threatens your future, join us!
If you guys go, I am coming with you

God bless Texas!
Kinda short notice for us in South Texas

What do you guys say? Anyone on the Banglist interested?

Come on down!

Too bad I don’t live in TX.
Besides, I don’t think you’ll get too many people on a Tuesday, as right-wingers have to work to support parasitic left-wingers.
Thanks! If not now-when? I’ve had enough.
Kinda short notice for us in Central Texas. Geez.
I recently escaped to the Hill Country myself.
Good one

If you secede, you should give El Paso and the Rio Grande Valley counties to Mexico... and as for Travis County, give them to California.
It’s the first day of the legislature. TNM members are going office to office to present a Resolution for a State refernedum on Independence.
I would love to come but this is too short notice for me. Anyway big storms predicted for tomorrow don’t get blown away.
Sorry. I’ve been trying to reach out on the Texas board but haven’t had much response. Check out the TNM website, join the cause. If you can’t go to the Capitol they are asking people to call Perry at 512-463-2000 starting at 1 pm. Also Dewhurst at 512-463-0001.
Sorry about the late notice. At least check out the website. The Movement has been around since 1994. Since the election, numbers are growing, they have formed a PAC, hired a PR firm, been on Hannity, doing interviews. All volunteeer organization. There have been meetings in many countnies all over Texas and they are in need of more volunteers.
