PIERS Morgan managed to keep his calm in the face of an explosive rant during an interview for his TV show.
Morgan interviewed Alex Jones, the man who set up a petition to have the Brit deported from America over his views on gun control, for his CNN show.
But instead of giving an interview, the furious Jones shouted non-stop at Morgan for nearly 15 minutes - and even offered to FIGHT the former BGT judge in a boxing ring.
Morgan invited Jones to appear so they could debate the thorny issue of gun control in America in the wake of the Sandy Hook massacre that saw children and adults shot to death at an elementary school.
Jones was filled with rage as he screamed at Morgan: "I'm here to tell you, 1776 will commence again if you try to take our firearms.
"It doesn't matter how many lemmings you get out there on the street begging for them to have their guns taken.
"We will not relinquish them."
In his fiery tirade, Jones went on to blame anti-depressant drug Prozac as a source of death in the world, labelling them "suicide mass murder pills."
He said: "I wanna blame the real culprit - suicide pills. Mass murder pills."
Despite Morgan's best efforts, he was barely able to get a word in edgeways with Jones not answering his questions about why people needed automatic weapons.
The end of the interview ended in bizarre fashion when Jones put on an English accent to mock Morgan.
He finished off saying: "It's to point out you're a foreigner, you're a redcoat here telling us what to do."
The petition to deport Morgan has now garnered over 100,000 signatures.
Liberals are scared of AR-15’s because they are Black and Scary Looking, when the same could be said of Obama.

Yeh maybe because the TSA and an Austin cop in the Austin airport rousted him and detained him to entertain themselves before he took off for NY.
Alex got a little ranty at one point but its about time somebody stood up and let the establishment know they are not taking our guns.
Please note that the title comes from a British source...just like Piers Morgan. Fie on the both. He's in this country to 'stir it up'. Shame the Jones/Dershowitz debate didn't go on as originally scheduled...that would have been 'must see TV'.

If he is sent home he becomes a low commoner in a land that still has a very strong class structure where he would be subsurvant to the lords, ladies, royalty.
Being a news reporter his place in British society would be less than a prositute.

I think Alex Was Mocking the fact that we Americans are “Taken In” by ANYONE with a British accent as an “Authority figure”....
I have had dumb idiot friends who thought that anyone speaking with an English accent automatically adds 50 IQ points to their argument.

I agree and that’s exactly what Morgan wanted. He wanted Jones to fall into the trap and allow himself to look like a loon, and he did. Now, they can say...Hey, look at Jones, here is your typical kook fringe gun owner.
Who knows maybe it will FORCE them to try to take the guns and will kick start “Civil War III”
Why civil war 3 not 2, well the first civil war was one against the crown in 1776, the second in the 1860’s we are about 40/50 years overdue for another one...

Alex Jones is an over-emotional conspiracy theorist with a following of like-minded followers/listeners...as looney as he can become(on issues one may or may not agree with)he has been more right than not on subjects related to the banking industry, gov. intrusion, global governance, drug company's, entertainment industry brainwashing, others...
Jones in his "nuttiness" just did to Piers what HE did to the NRA/other reps., obviously Piers comrades in the leftist media will portray it otherwise.
If I only had a few minutes on a national network to expose how decades of corrupt global business/media/gov. partnerships are out to destroy America(the way it has in other parts of the "free world")...and then having to do so while being moderated by a pompous, ignorant, leftist ass like Piers Morgan...I'd probably go out of my way to ignore the clown to make my point too.

This is the tragic case where style trumps substance. Jones had the facts and logic on his side, but he lacked any composure. He came off as a cartoon character and confirmed the Leftist false stereotype of a ‘gun nut’.
When Morgan brought up fewer gun crimes in the UK, Jones needed to calmly assert that violent crime rate in the UK is up because criminals shifted to other methods. A robbery is still a robbery, a rape is still a rape, a murder is still a murder no matter what tool is used.
