Metro says that Metrobuses traveling in parts of Southeast Washington are being pelted with rocks. As part of a campaign to discourage this, police are distributing a flier reminding people not to throw rocks at buses or cars.

The Metro Transit Police and Metropolitan Police Department have been distributing the flier, which features a reminder that throwing rocks at vehicles is a crime. It also includes 911 as well as numbers for D.C. police (202-727-9099) and the transit police (202-962-2121, which riders may or may not recognize as the number repeated in system-wide announcements).
The transit agency took the rock attacks seriously enough to consider cutting nighttime service on the W6 and W8 routes. Metro decided last month not to discontinue the service.

About 20 years ago, when I first moved to the City of Pittsburgh, I was riding in a city bus that took a route through a rough neighborhood.
It was summer and hot outside, and the air conditioner in the bus must have been on the blink, because some windows had been left open.
As luck would have it, I was seated near an open window when some YOUNG neighborhood kids—not more than 7 or 8 years old—started hurling rocks at the bus. One sailed though my open window, just inches from my head.
I never took that bus route again.
What kind of reminders do they send to people in DC that don’t pay their property and other local taxes? I bet it isn’t so lenient and gentle.
Well, yeah. They’re just doing what ferals do. (This might not have happened if the left hadn’t enabled & encouraged it.)
I looked at the PDF. Felt weird. It’s like “Don’t Murder! It’s against the law!”
Mine too. I can’t believe we have to print and distribute flyers reminding people that s*** that’s obviously against the law is, in fact, against the law. WTF is going on???
“Don’t throw stuff at moving vehicles.” Clear as a bell. Especially when I hit that car with a snowball, damn straight it’s wrong. And we have to remind these youts not to throw *rocks?*
Okay, I’ll play. Ban people from carrying more than 10 rocks at a time.

There’s not much else we can do when the left has exploited & manipulated people to this point. They’re clever, I’ll give them that. And very, very devious. And unabashed liars who know exactly what they’re doing.
The only thing that can stop it is the truth.
