Connecticut coroner’s worker on paid leave for letting husband view corpse of ... Lanza

An administrative worker at Connecticut’s coroner’s office has been placed on paid leave after allegedly allowing her husband to view the body of Newtown gunman Adam Lanza.

Jean Henry, a processing technician at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, could face disciplinary action after the investigation is complete, the Hartford Courant reported. She was still on leave Thursday, sources said.

Henry is accused of allowing her husband, who is not a state employee, to enter a refrigerated autopsy room where Lanza’s body was awaiting a post mortem on Dec. 16. The only people allowed in the autopsy area are authorized staff and some law enforcement personnel, the Courant reported.

During the macabre viewing, Henry unzipped the bag so her husband could look at Lanza, who shot dead 26 people at Sandy Hook Elementary School on Dec. 14. The couple “openly” went in and out of the refrigerated room and at least one other employee was aware of what was happening, sources told the newspaper.

You still haven’t answered my question at Post #16: “Do you believe that there are 27 dead people from what happened that day???” Yes or No or should we just let the {{crickets}} answer that for you???

Sorry, Uncle Chip; as previously posted, I don't know what happened for sure and the current public narrative is still hinky to some FReepers and no clarifications seem to be forthcoming in recent days. Now, I'm gone. -30-

You are correct. There is much more to the Newtown shooting than meets the eye.

“Especially when our rulers are trying to ban big, bad “assault” weapons.

You know - never let a crisis go to waste.

Maybe some one can help me out on this:

I heard that there is on eBay a listing for a caveman “assault” weapon. It is a big rock. Maybe someone can verify this. Sounds funny!”

There are several on there now, this one has a very funny description, and hilarious comments that will make you wipe away your tears from the commercials :)

>>Have you called Chris Manfredonia and asked him???.<<

What makes you think he’ll talk to me if he won’t talk to the LA Times? It was his wife that did the talking. Not one direct quote from Chris.

Chris Manfredonia, whose 6-year-old daughter attends the school, was heading there Friday morning to help make gingerbread houses with first-graders when he heard popping sounds and smelled sulfur.

He ran around the school trying to reach his daughter and was briefly handcuffed by police. He later found his child, who had been locked in a small room with a teacher.

“The whole reason we moved here a year ago is because when you drive down the subdivision, it’s a happy place,” said his wife, Georgeann Manfredonia. “There’s a ton of children here and the families are very kind and supportive.”

"You forgot that the girl was wearing “red, black, and silver — the colors of Satanism”."

There is NO way I would say THAT!

If I did, Mr. hummingbird would tell me "Settle down, Francis"!

CWCT, are "red, black and silver" Satanism colors?

Red and black I get. But, silver?

Silver....HA!

I only mention that because the guy who is pushing the “look, it’s the same girl” conspiracy included the satanism and illuminati aspects in his rant.

They aren’t the same girl. It is amazing how many people “look the same” in pictures.

Another guy pushing the “look it’s the same girl” story also claims that the trooper who gave the interviews about the case is actually actor John Goodman. He puts a side-by-side picture set that is kind of funny.

I think people playing the “all these people are actors” and “look, the dead people are still alive, see the pictures”, don’t understand the concept of “dopplegangers”, and how often there are people that look alike in facial or other features.

But I think it shows a real laziness on the part of the conspiracists — they can’t even put together a rational theory of conspiracy. So instead, we are supposed to believe that someone brutally murdered 20 kids, and then hired actors to play the kids and their parents, (why — wouldn’t there be REAL parents for the kids that were really killed?), and hired John Goodman (King Ralph) to impersonate an officer.

Nope — and I don’t think the parents want it out there anyway. But since all her classmates were killed and their names are on the internet, it shouldn’t be too hard for anyone to find her name by process of elimination and picture if they wanted to. And I’m sure she is traceable from the church as well if anyone doubted her existence.

"It turned out to be a parent of one of the kids who was bringing stuff to the school."

Thanks, UC.

I have one more comment but would have to wear my double-ply Tin Foil Hat.

Plus, I would get soooo flamed that I would probably flame myself!

Think I'll wait a bit!

No. Dad Parker made a reference to the FB page when he was giving his sob story.

Just one parent bringing stuff to school that day? Odd. And dad no less. So what was mom doing?

It is just so hard to keep up with the conspiracists.

Let us ASSUME that the conspiracists are right, and Adam was either innocent, or was part of a group, and someone else shot him.

Then, a member of Adam’s family might want to try to clear his name, by using forensic evidence found on his body to show he was murdered, rather than committing suicide, as the official story states.

If you WANTED to try to claim he was murdered, then if you found out they were letting random people see the body, you could claim in court that the chain of body evidence was broken, and that the coroner’s claim that the shooting was suicide is suspect, because someone could have tampered with the body to remove evidence that it was murder.

So that is one way that allowing random people to have access to the body could cause legal issues later.

BTW, wouldn’t “tamper with Adam’s body to plant evidence that he was shooting” be one of the things the conspiracy people would argue was done? So wouldn’t finding easy access to the body SUPPORT the conspiracy theory that someone tampered with the body to plant evidence that he was shooting?

I’m not sure what all the different conspiracy theories are, but I was pretty sure that one of them is that he was actually murdered somewhere else, and brought to the school to be used as a patsy.

If the police are part of a grand conspiracy theory, then allowing access to the body would help that conspiracy, by allowing unknown paople to wipe out evidence of murder, and plant evidence of suicide and of being a shooter.

SO I don’t know why that assertion “would support the current narrative”.

And my point was that banning people from getting in to see the body is a rational law enforcement thing, and NOT evidence of a conspiracy (the argument of conspiracy being that they won’t let us see Adam’s body because if we saw it, we would see that he wasn’t the shooter).

Of course, give me ANY facts, any at all, and I can write you a lovely conspiracy that fits every fact you give me. It isn’t that hard, although the more facts you have, the more skill it takes to weave the web.

That’s what the best TV writers have skill at — taking facts and finding a different reality that fits all the facts, so they can spring a surprise on the viewer that doesn’t offend the viewer sensibility.

The downside of this is that at any point in time, a person can put together a pretty good conspiracy theory for anything. The problem is that the police deliberately withhold evidence in complex cases, precisely so they can verify stories later by comparing them to the unrevealed facts.

This is why conspiracy theorists often make the claim that ANYTHING that wasn’t told to them in the first hours MUST be lies. That way, they can build a credible theory around a small set of facts, and when other facts are revealed that destroy their theory, well, those facts “prove” the conspiracy because they are clearly “false”.

"She looks like the same girl because they were sisters... and the mother stated that she was wearing the sister’s dress. You know, sometimes people do stuff like that as part of the grieving process. I’ve got my late Grandpa’s old parka out for the winter myself, actually."

Makes sense, Boogieman. One of my Grandmothers died YEARS and YEARS ago, but I still have one of her dresses in my closet.

I haven't worn it yet. But, I just can't send it to Goodwill with other stuff.

BTTT.

I don’t doubt her existence. Without any supporting evidence, I doubt the mom’s story.

<>But I think it shows a real laziness on the part of the conspiracists<>

It gets worse than that, Charles, as one YouTuber alleges that a couple in a Sandy Hook interview [the Phelps with two kids in the school and a father completely bald] is the same couple down in Florida [the Sextons with three other kids and a father with hair] is the same couple [son of Dallas Green of the Philadelphia Phillies whose last name is really Greenberg] whose daughter [Christina Taylor Green] was killed in the Tucson shooting, who incidentally is still alive and living with the Sextons, who are really the Phelps with two kids living in Newtown — and then links all of this to a Jewish conspiracy.

And these people refuse to believe that 27 people lost their lives that day.
