MARK LEVIN: I'm not into imperial presidents who act imperial and speak imperial and Obama forgets there's a Constitution. Yes, he keeps telling us he won reelection. Congratulations, but guess what? The Constitution wasn't up for election, it's not up for a referendum. He has to comply with it, too.
He was sent back to Washington, but he's got a strict list of rules that he has to follow as president. When he gets up there and starts saying, if Congress doesn't do this, I'm going to do this unilaterally, it violates separation of power a lot of the times. And this is a man pushing the edge of the envelope as far as i'm concerned, whether it's the appointment clause, whether it's his unilateral action on immigration, whether it's trashing the commerce clause and the tax clauses under Obamacare. Now they're talking about executive orders on the Second Amendment. They've issued regulations on First Amendment attacking religious liberty. This notion that he might be able to lift the debt ceiling, you know, unilaterally under the Fourteenth Amendment.

Barry and his handlers know that if he can get away with blowing off the Constitution's requirements to hold the very office he currently enjoys, why bother to uphold any other parts? Rule by man, not law.
Mark Levin rants about an imperial “Obama” presidency.
Our great American experiment with constitutional democracy is over. No doubt about it. The question is what will follow?

Simple: Tyranny, with light chains at first, growing ever heavier until the tree of Liberty at last receives its overdue watering.
The Democrats are watering it. With root killer.
It wasn’t a democracy; it was a republic. Having become more and more “enlightened” over the years, it has been forced to become a big old DEMOCRACY with loads of equal this and equal that - until mob rule is the outcome. With people voting who shouldn’t vote, people (corrupt politicians) ruling who should’t rule, so there you have it. People with no skin in the game and no incentive to work and earn any skin in the game are now accepting the freebie voter bribes from the “ruling” class in large enough numbers that everyone mostly is on that gravy train.
All governments of man are corrupt. I hate that America has gone like it has (predictably) gone; but it just may well be that time in history. - Contrary to what Walter Kronkite spouted off about how preposterous it was that we Christians believed the Messiah would return and take the helm of the Government upon his shoulders; He will. Maranatha!
It's not just the Democrats. It's those of any stripe who have sold their sacred honor for power, wealth or even just the false peace gained by their go-along, get-along attitides and behaviors.
I’ll agree with that in principle, but I still say the Ds are the worst offenders by a wide margin. They seem almost obsessed with destroying the last vestiges of liberty.
Instead of wasting his time “ranting,” why doesn’t he just do a little research into Barack Obama’s background?
Ranting will only make his blood pressure go sky high. He sounds as if he’s about to jump out of his skin, he’s so upset (I heard him today on Fox News). He should just calm down and do a little research on his own. I’m sure he has the resources. Might make him feel better. Might make him understand why things are going the way they are (as if he doesn’t know already). Maybe he’ll get the guts to do something about it instead of letting it fester.
Maybe he's thought about it, but. . .
At this point, simple odds would seem to dictate that more conservative voices should be clamoring to know just who this guy is, who sits in OUR HOUSE, and their en masse failure to do so cannot IMHO be explained away simply by virtue of fear of being called "nut" or "racist."
Americans are governed by an Indonesian King. Impeachment is the only answer. He wont be removed and he knows it, but impeaching him 50 times a year would be a good start. I can almost smell it coming.
Oh, I don't know. I think he may have learned a thing or two from ages 10-18 when he was mentored by FMD. Just sayin'.
Congress won't impeach him. They all know he's a fraud who has improperly usurped the office he enjoys, and he knows they know, and they know he knows they know. Bet on it. They're all therefore complicit and in a position to mutually blackmail each other to high heaven.
You're right that something is coming though. I too, can sense it.
