The date on the caches comes from google’s servers, which are most likely exactly correct for the time zone where they are located, like FR’s Dates.

The date on the caches comes from googles servers, which are most likely exactly correct for the time zone where they are located, like FRs Dates. And where are you seeing that the UW page was cached befor the shooting?

Also, see
this example of another mistaken Google date, which happened to be rather costly. The point is, the dates next to Google search results are notoriously unreliable.
