List of Sheriffs who won’t enforce...

I’m curious about one thing.. There isn’t a letter/statement from each sheriff on the list. How do we know if it’s “real” with no public statement?
I am surprised to see the sheriff odf Pine County, MN, on that list. Minnesota? You mean there is a place in Minnesota where law enforcement is not a bunch of useless slugs?
(Based on experiences w/ Eagan and Minneapolis police departments. In a word: useless).
