That’s not what *I* saw on the video. He was sleeping on a sofa by the pool table, and he had track pants on, therefore he was far from naked.
His crime: not kow-towing to the might of officer jackboot.
Witnesses at the center say that he was drunk, and naked, and became belligerent when he was told to put his pants on.
