That’s why the used the phrase AK-47 TYPE including. They are trying to use the word type to prevent that. What the heck is the legal meaning of type? Is it defined by specific patent or copyright or is it what ever they want it to mean later on?

What the heck is the legal meaning of type? Word games. They change the meaning of definitions with airy language like that.
That is how we got here to begin with. My accepting airy definitions in law, such as Assault weapon and High Cap magazine.
