Regardless of laws, there are always those who will have — and may then act on — “dark impulses”. It has happened throughout time since Cain and Abel.
I will accept no blame or consequences for those who commit those crimes.
I was using absurdity to illustrate King’s absurdity, and to point out how he was logically flawed in addition to being aburd. Setting aside the stupidity, the logic of the NRA cleaning up massacres is based on their preferred gun laws, but what King misses is that where the NRA has the laws they like, these things never occur.
Mine was a thought experiment, not a literal serious proposal. I am frankly stunned you took it otherwise....but happy to have a shot at clearing it up.
