To be fair, none of our opinions matter, they will do what they will do. Any chance Rubs idea will die in Senate?

There is always a chance (although defeating an amnesty bill is like preventing a terrorist attack -- they will try again, and again...).

In 2007 it seemed almost certain that GWB would "See you at the signing." But then people called and burned of the phone lines of fools like Chambliss and Isaksson. And by chance McCain was out raising money and could not vote against a poison pill amendment.

As I posted earlier, as in the 1960s, big changes, hideous changes, are likely to be coming, and given the GOP's (and apparently the voters') lack of respect for this nation as we knew it, there might not be anything we can do about it.

RE :”There is always a chance (although defeating an amnesty bill is like preventing a terrorist attack — they will try again, and again...”

You got it.
I am thinking ahead while anticipating the worst. But you know negative SOL, I was skeptical that 2012 was an easy win for Rs+Romney as many here seemed to think it would be. Crazy huh?

We have not seen a written bill on this yet so more twists and turns are coming, but I wouldn't bet my own money on killing this in either House and there still is 2017.

Its called massive immigration and indoctrination. A ~ 25 white male here in lib Maryland recently told me the Rs are losers because they are 'old dying dinosaurs'. He is hot on gay rights his only real passionate subject and I met the girl friend he lives with so he is not gay.

Remember all those posts here citing polls saying that most Americans were conservatives and using that to approach the election as if it was an easy win, and all the comments here to that effect ???

Well others here need to learn what I figured out long ago: ‘Conservationism’ ( in personal opinions) like beauty is in the eye of the beholder'. Many of them voted for O again.
That is why I rarely use term here.

Not crazy atall! Hard to find 2 bigger losers than Romney and McCain, but I’m confident the GOP will find a 3rd one.....Marco Amnesty, or Jeb Mexican Bush.

Speaking of MCcain, Maddow unearthed a clip of McCain running in 2008 saying he would veto an immigration reform bill like his own prior one (amnesty) if he was elected POTUS.
Yes, MCcain flipped on immigration in 2008, now it looks like flipped back to amnesty.

She also showed herself smarter than some Republicans,
Maddow pointed out that Republicans are foolish for thinking that Hispanics would vote for them just because they support 'immigration reform' and Republicans toned down the rhetoric as that Hispanic group advised.

She said that they will still vote Democrat and cited all the issue polls showing that most hispanics agree with Dems on EVERY issue over Republicans, not just immigration.,

But Rubio+McCain want us to believe that most illegal Hispanics will start up small businesses and vote for upper income tax cuts over welfare, if they get the vote.

As you, yourself posted, SOL---Rubio is now taking orders from the neocons (loser McCain was once the pukeneo prez favorite). Rubio just hired an amnesty-loving neocon for his staff. Invasion-crazed neocons want ‘immigration reform’ at any cost because they need impoverished Hispanics as cannnon fodder for future puke invasions/land wars.

Looks like the pukes have been entertaining at the Four Seasons----Lindseed, Ryan and Newt have also been puke-duped, repeating the current GOP mantra: "I support the Rubio immigration reform plan"

=============================================

The pukeneos never saw an immigrant they didn't want to subsidize with tax dollars---dating back to WW 11. The contemporary Russian trek to the US is s-o-o-o-o profitable, they got Russians pretending they're Jews so they can stop off in Israel first---grab all the US subsidized freebies there---then fly here to sign up to ride the US gravy train. As refugees seeking "asylum from persecution" the US gravy train speeds up----the freebies are tripled.

==================================================

Mmmmm......sure would like to be a fly on the wall at the Four Seasons---where the puke elite meet downtrodden GOP'ers---- over chilled Cristal, room temp Brie and water crackers.

Course there's gonna be A LOT MORE puke-invasions and land wars since the pukes duped Bush into invading Iran. Now that the entire 100 million-strong Muslim world is aflame with hatred for the US, Americans, and Christians.

I guess the pukes will have to use darts and a Mideast map to decide which country they want the US to invade next (cackle).

=========================================

Odd isnt it? Fox News got rid of pukeneo pals---Rove and Palin----but Chief Puke Billy Kristol is still a Fox talking head.

REFERENCE Kristol once acknowledged that the NeoCons had successfully purged the isolationists from the GOP and were moving to purge the Realists, especially older realists----Hagel, Scowcroft, Baker, Kissinger, Schultz, Lugar etc.

NOTE:And let's not forget the pukeneos' very fave sport as they squat in the Repub party---kicking social conservatives to the curb.
