It is difficult to imagine anything more stupid than the idea that the Founding Fathers had "allegiance" to what was intended as a simple statement of fact--never a goal. The reference to all men being created equal is in what is effectively part of the Preamble to the Declaration Of Independence. Jefferson was repudiating the divine right of Kings, before discussing the functional purpose of Government--not to equalize anyone, but to secure the liberty, including the right to pursue (no guarantee of success) happiness.

Obama does indeed represent a major effort of the Far Left (Jacobins, Marxists & other deniers of reality) to consolidate their "achievements" in a deliberate dismantling of our heritage. The future will be very bleak--as in 1984 or Bolshevik Russia--unless we manage somehow to defeat them.

Obama is actually engaging in a very sophisticated form of hypnotism.

He paints pictures that everyone can agree with and gets the people nodding with him and then he inserts what he really wants the people to remember.

Let me give you all an extremely simple example:

"The sky is blue." And you nod your head, yes.

"The grass is green." And you nod your head, yes.

"The sun is yellow." And you nod your head, yes.

"The barn is red." And you nod your head, yes.

Then, he brings in his "hook" which is the idea he REALLY wants you to remember, like "And, that is why I need to be your president."

Since you are already nodding in agreement, what is one more nod?

Have you ever wondered why he speaks in such a jerky and clipped manner? He pauses so that you have time to mentally respond in the affirmative. (How thoughtful is that?)

Now from the most recent speech:

--"What makes us exceptional -- what makes us American -- is our allegiance to an idea articulated in a declaration made more than two centuries ago: 'We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.'"

You all agree with that, right?

But then after a series of these kind of agreeable statements he adds his "hook."

Like this:

--"Together, we discovered that a free market only thrives when there are rules to ensure competition and fair play."

"Fair Play" is a coded buzz word used in Commie circles. Huh, almost like he is speaking directly to them.

It usually takes him 45 minutes to produce this effect. But he has refined his speeches to where he can now accomplish his hypnotic effect in 20 minutes. And he doesn't have to jerk his speech around so much like he used to.

Hitler did the same thing as he "transformed" the German people.
