You are an idiot. Can you not comprehend the basic difference between people paying their entire lives for a promised benefit, and those who pay nothing ? Can’t you get that to compute in your tiny little pin head?

I do feel sorry for you, and hope you get some help. The idea that, just because you got fleeced, you have the right to fleece your neighbor, is just terrible. But that was the plan, so I’m not surprised.
You might want to seek SSI for your refractory stupidity.
Lots of big words...I hope you’re proud of what you’ve become.
“and for half of my working years it was the only game in town, no IRAs, 401s, no other choices. If taking a monthly disbursement from what was supposed to be my SS account makes me a thief, then I guess I have to plead guilty.”
There were ALWAYS choices...and there still are. But thanks for admitting what you’re doing to my kids, others tend to not understand it.
Should I drop it to your level?
Go get SSI cause you dumb.
By the way did your parents cash their SS checks?
“By the way did your parents cash their SS checks?”
Yea, and I don’t talk to them anymore for that stunt.
I believe that people should be entitled to receive the exact amount they had taken out of their check. They are not entitled to the amount their employers paid in, nor are they entitled to interest. Once they receive that amount they are no longer entitled to any more. If they are poor, then they must apply for welfare.
I also believe that the age you should be able to start collecting SS should be raised to 70. This does not mean you can't retire, it just means you can't get SS payments until you are 70.
I also think we have to do something about disability. It has become a giant scam.
An idiot and a terrible son.
Or did you offer to support them?
“An idiot and a terrible son.
Or did you offer to support them?”
They don’t need it, they took care of their own retirement needs...they weren’t DUMB ENOUGH to believe it when the government promised to make debt slaves out of their children and grandchildren to finance their excesses. So they lived (and still live) a very modest life.
Of course I would support them. I’ve got the resources too, as I’ve always lived well under my means too. It rubbed off. I just get upset because they’re FDR children and FDR said that Democrats were “good”, so they vote that way, even in their own age.
