With all this talk out there about gun control, it's hard to know who actually has power. This video with David Rivkin does a good job breaking down what Obama can ACTUALLY do. Maybe Obama will finally realize he needs to keep his hands off our guns and let Congress keep the second amendment alive.
Realization does not come to Bronco Bama. His mind is made up, don’t confuse him with either the facts or the truth.

Why would he do that? Maybe Mugabe will realize he needs to let people have private property. A tyrant will do what tyrants do.
Really, he’s such an idealogue that he wouldn’t care if he caused a war over his agenda.
An executive order to the effect of banning rifles or ordering confiscation would be tantamount to declaring war on the citizenry.
If the NRA were playing hardball like they should they would be making this fact known. The 2nd amendment is as clear an unrestricted right as could be put into words. Any attempt to pass legislation is unconstitutional AND it's a violation of their oaths.
The ONLY legal act is to propose an amendment to the constitution and let the PEOPLE vote.
In legal terms “shall not” has very specific, understood, accepted, and precise meaning.
Only leftist politicians would try to say its meaning is maleable.
What Obama CAN do legally, and what he CAN do in reality are light years apart.
Ideas of what Obama can actually do are founded on the belief that his powers are limited by law and the US constitution.
But Obama (and the demoocrats in the senate and congress) have repeatedly ignored our laws and the constitution and won’t stop now.
Obama will do pretty much what he wants and he will get away with it.

main goal of staying in office? yeah, maybe he'd like that
have an excuse to use deadly force against his political opponents? Definitely. This is in the heart of every leftist.
Obammy CAN do whatever he desires, unless and until those in government stop him. The crickets are deafening..
