No, he when to dinner get PETA MEMBERS angry!! He had 'baby seal a la king', 'seal Pot pie', and 'seal under glass'...

Taste like chicken...

“Chicago’s Annual Homicide Drive Off To Most Promising Start In Decades” that’s actually funny, if sadly true.

The Onion is about as newsworthy as the NY Slimes. I read it instead of the Tampa Trib...;) (not really)

heh—I’d just like to use it as a fact to counter liberals’ claims that banning firearms would save kids’ lives.

O’Reilly brought this up to Colin Powell last night. The fact that blacks have the highest unemployment under Obama. He asked O’Reilly why he was bringing up race as if that is the reason he voted for Obama. Nah, couldn’t be the reason.

Yes, I did! I surprised myself--had no trouble firing groupings of three, groupings of five, double-tapping, and firing with my right hand, left hand, and both. It was my first time firing a gun (a .22), but I guess I have good hand/eye coordination, and I had a good instructor, too. Thanks for asking--I've been bursting to announce my success!

No; just a regular old VISA card. What’s Amazon’s carrying interest rate? Higher than CCs?

As far as I'm concerned, this is the ONLY article one needs to present to a AGW believer:

Caltech Researchers Find Ancient Climate Cycles Recorded in Mars Rocks

Researchers at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) and their colleagues have found evidence of ancient climate change on Mars caused by regular variation in the planet's tilt, or obliquity. On Earth, similar "astronomical forcing" of climate drives ice-age cycles.

Using stereo topographic maps obtained by processing data from the high-resolution camera onboard NASA's Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter, the Caltech scientists, led by graduate student Kevin Lewis and Oded Aharonson, associate professor of planetary science, along with John Grotzinger, the Fletcher Jones Professor of Geology, identified and measured layered rock outcrops within four craters in the planet's Arabia Terra region. The layering in different outcrops occurs at scales ranging from a few meters to tens of meters, but at each location the layers all have similar thicknesses and exhibit similar features.

Based on a pattern of layers within layers measured at one location, known as Becquerel crater, the scientists propose that each layer was formed over a period of about 100,000 years and that these layers were produced by the same cyclical climate changes.

In addition, every 10 layers were bundled together into larger units, which were laid down over an approximately one-million-year period; in the Becquerel crater, the 10-layer pattern is repeated at least 10 times. This one-million-year cycle corresponds to a known pattern of change in Mars's obliquity caused by the dynamics of the solar system.

And I have a question for you and the other gun experts here. My instructor says I should put a small sign on both of my doors that reads “No Solicitors. No Guns.” The point of the sign would be to serve as a warning, so that if I shoot an intruder, no one can say he had no way to know I was armed. Do I want a potential intruder to know I might be armed, or is it safer not to alert thieves that there’s a gun in the house?

I’d really appreciate my fellow FReepers’ advice on this.

The reason for the addition of the cost of health insurance being added as a W2 item, is to eventually lump it in to the total TAXABLE INCOME. There is no other reason for any DATA to be on the W2, except for tax information.

I saw mine and I have to admit that I was shocked at how little is reported as the cost.
