I’d rather close the “bimbo” loophole that allows idiot-esses like Feinstein to have any sort of gubmit job.

I had to double-check to make sure John Semmens wasn’t at it again.

They have their internal polls. They know how the next election would go if gun confiscation happens.

They also are probably feeling the heat about even suggesting it. Even Piers Morgan is going off the gun-grabbing track and back to interviewing.

RE :”
Senate Judiciary chair (Dem) rejects Dianne Feinstein’s assault weapons ban,” HA-HA, I thought it would get further than that.
He doesnt even want Dem Senators going on record for it,
Republicans would demand a vote on it (if they were smart)
Take that Joe and Mika :
I guess all the freepers claiming that Bohner will put up a bill for a vote on this misjudged a bit or two.

The Rats don’t believe that universal background checks will stop criminals from getting guns for one second. All they want is to fill in the holes of their illegal gun owner database.

We got âem on the first round look for a fairly innocuous bill to come out that will be interpreted to get more than is the obvious control out of it and then the Kenyan will try to executive order it into existence. We need to blow this crap up big time and get the red state dems in a cross fire....I smell midterm blood in the water!!

How about background checks to hold public office, any government job, receive any government check, or to perform any function protected by the 1st Amendment, so that those guarantees are linked to those of the 2nd Amendment?
To: Da Coyote
If Feinstein was just a average American she would already be in a locked ward.

The Rats dont believe that universal background checks will stop criminals from getting guns for one second. All they want is to fill in the holes of their illegal gun owner database. THAT is the whole reason behind this bill...for the gun-grabbers to "compromise" their big, bad, scary ban for registering every gun transaction in the country.
That is simply unacceptable. We citizens have taken too many steps backwards in accepting the demands of the statists - not just on this issue, but on the 4th and 5th Amendments. NOT ONE MORE INCH!
