Ex-coaches: Rooney Rule is broken

Dungy said he believes the entire system is broken. He cited 21 coaching jobs changing in a three-year span, which he said indicates owners are making the wrong hires regardless of race.

So, Tony Dungy apparently wants the NFL to get better owners.

With all that's on the line, it must be about winning. Wasn't it Vince Lombardi who said "Winning isn't everything; it's the only thing!"

Millions of dollars are won or lost in this game - settling for anyone other than the most competant guy you can find to fill the job is just plain wrong!

Hell - we have an affirmative action “president”. Proof positive that the program is a disaster and causes more harm than good - one “Black” gets elevated and millions suffer even more than they did under White “taskmasters”.

It must be great to be a black coach candidate knowing the reason you are being interviewed is to provide cover for management.
