Looks and operates like Facebook, but posters there won’t have to put up with censorship and abuse from liberals. It won’t have the depth that FreeRepublic has, but it might be useful in opening some young minds.

he CANNOT accept payment and operate under part 91 of the faa fars
accepting payment throws him into part 135 - which is a nightmare - and he cannot meet the requirements
the flybwoiz are in class in brunswick - i’ll ask them how i can tell what part he is operating under - and how i can file a complaint with the faa to go after the kiddie diddler ‘doctor’
he made a huge mistake - he can't afford to operate under part 135 - and menendez cannot fly on the plane unless he pays for it - part 91 forbids payment
But will anyone prosecute him, sloop?
Amen Rush. Right now, debating Federal legislation and what Republicans or Democrats do seem to be a exercise in futility because Obama is LAWLESS!
i think he broke the faa regulations by claiming he has a private plane that is just for his use - and he never ‘rents it our’ (charter)
if he DID break the faa regulations, my guess is there will be a huge fine and possibly lose his certificate
the rules are VERY different for someone that wants to fly their own plane for their personal use - and someone that runs a charter business - and i REALLY doubt he can afford to meet those charter business regulations
plane owners are VERY cautious about this - but this doctor has just screwed himself - because he was flying his buddy to rape children in a country where its legal - but his buddy (menendez) cannot accept a free gift because of congressional ethics rules - when menendez got caught, he quietly wrote a check to his ‘doctor’ buddy child rapist
sloopz a vengeful sob about this kinda stuff - i cannot get them prosecuted, but i might be able to get the faa to go after that ‘doctor’ child rapist

Sen “Sleaze Bob” stated he paid for those flights, the other day. He’s on public record.
Maybe the FAA will pull the criminal doc’s #91 and dump him into #135, and we can watch him squirm. ‘Sleaze Bob’ is probably pulling all the strings he can, before the doc gets squeezed and rats him out.
