(CNSNews.com) - One day after President Obama said "yes," he thinks the Boy Scouts of America should admit homosexuals -- to expose them to "opportunities and leadership" -- dozens of conservative groups are running a newspaper ad, urging the Boy Scouts to "show courage" and "stand for timeless values."
The 41 conservative organizations, in a full-page ad in Monday's USA Today, said it would be a "grave mistake" for BSA to change their longstanding policy against having openly homosexual Scout leaders or Scouts.
In a Sunday interview with "60 Minutes" Correspondent Scott Pelley, President Obama said the scouts should admit homosexuals:

When this society is fully homosexualized the women who are at the forefront of the campaign will find that real female women, homosexual or straight have been pushed out into thepasture to become breed stock and slaves. That is the shape of pagan homosexual society as in ancient Greece and modern (such as it is) Afghanistan and other Moslem countries and most Western antecedent societies outside of the Mosaic tradition.
If only the Dunhams had him in scouts we may not be headed on the fast track to becoming a third world.
Odumbo is upset that he was rejected by the Boy Scouts because of his lifestyle back then and now is doing his best to get them to change their “constitution” too.
What Obama and the gay-lobby don’t get is that the Scouts aren’t about sex. They aren’t even offering “public accomodation” to anyone seeking services (like the baker who didn’t want to make a lesbian wedding cake). What good is the right to “freedom of association” if there also isn’t the right to exclude certain people whose avowed interests run counter to that of the associating group?
Would Obama want someone who had a known interest in young women working for the girl-scouts? Maybe it’s silly of me to ask.

If it would be absurd to have a male scout leader in charge of a bunch of pre-teen girls on a camping trip because he’s a male that is attracted to females,
seriously, how can the left justify putting a male in charge of a bunch of pre-teen boys when he’s attracted to males?
I know, I know... the only consistency of the left is that they further their attack on the Judaeo-Christian institutions in our society.
I never could understand why this was even an issue. Sexual deviancy, no matter if wanting to sodomize boys or sheep or dog or goats, would be tolerated by an organization that works with children. How in our world can someone be called anything but sexually deviant that does such a thing and still expect to participate with children?
