How many more could the Republican party have like him. He will outshine Boehner within six months.

"He will outshine Boehner within six months."

That is a very low standard.

From the article: In the past week alone, Cruz has . . . sent a tongue-in-cheek letter to Mayor Rahm Emanuel of Chicago, introduced legislation to fully repeal Obamacare, and recorded “no” votes on major items, including Hurricane Sandy relief, raising the debt ceiling . . .

Oh dear! If Cruz runs for president, he might not carry NJ, or IL. Senate Republicans are supposed to vote "moderate" positions to improve their chances of losing narrowly in big liberal states.

Thank goodness we got him in there. Gooo Texas.

I hope he will train and recruit other conservatives and give that big mouth, loser Rove a swift kick.

McConnell’s praise of Cruz is a pleasant surprise.

Senator Cruz has probably sunk the Hagel nomination. He showed Hagel appearing on al Jazeera. This is the Arab network founded and financed by the same people who financed and motivated the 9/11 attackers. Less than a decade after the the worst terrorist attack America has ever suffered, Hagel appears on that network and calls America the “world’s bully” and suggests the United States should unilaterally disarm. Secretary of Defense? Maybe in Stockholm. Kudos to Senator Cruz.

Jim DeMint did an awesome job of finding Senators like Cruz, but Sarah Palin put him over the top with her endorsement. Pray for Cruz as his actions will not stand with the R-e, D's, or the press "he is not supposed to act like this, he is a freshman senator".

Go Ted Cruz, I think he may be smarter and more articulate than Rubio. Love them both, thank you to God for their lives.

He will outshine Boehner within six months.

Wrong chamber. But Cruz is already outshining Mitch McConnell.

Jim DeMint in THE MEDIA, means that things are “turning to the Right,” to borrow an old Oil Patch drilling phrase.
