Rush is right, the “establishment”’s record isn’t all that. Arlen Spector, Charlie Crist.

And when push comes to shove, they switch Parties to the Party that they REALLY support anyway!!

This mirage that we currently have two Parties is a bunch of crap.

Rush says they don’t see the country in crisis like we do.

Hannity had a guy on yesterday who was debating that we need another stimulus. His reasoning was basically that even with the debt that we have, we are NOT in trouble!! His basic argument? That our country is a country that needs to look at our debt in the same way a couple takes out a loan to pay for a house or an individual that takes out a loan to pay for college. PROG's NEW argument is that the increase in our debt under Obama is a LOAN for INVESTING in a future America.

Rush, you still have to explain why, if there is no fight left in the GOP, then why did Boehner fight so hard to keep the Speakership of the House?

If he didn't have the fight left in his belly to oppose Obama, why didn't he step aside and let someone who does have the fight to take it up?

Would you say that Boehner and McConnell moved from giving in to open collaboration with Obama, rather than letting someone else continue the fight?

Do we have a vichy Republican party?

Our “investments” are costing 40 cents on the dollar I believe (our debt). We need another stimulus like we need more gun control or higher taxes or more regulations or ......

I'd like to know why Boehner was so strong when it came to purging conservatives from committees, if he really didn't have the will to continue the fight, as Limbaugh suggests?

Isn't it worse to openly collaborate with Democrats by refusing to relinquish the reins of power that could be used by someone of strong will to oppose Obama, and removing people who might from their committee positions?

Rush, what do you have to say about this? Didn't Boehner purposely cripple the Republican party's ability to oppose Obama in the House?

Because right now the Dems are winning anyway.

Because we have a majority of Whigs in there who stand for nothing.

NOt ready to go that far, yet. There are still some principled Repulicans in Congress, but they are silent or are being silenced by their leadership, or just aren’t a strong enough voice as of now. THAT is one of the first things that should change. Principled folks should speak out and loudly.
