It looks like Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio has become a victim of credit card fraud.
Sheriff's officials said Monday that Arpaio's credit card information was stolen and used to make a $291 transaction at a Chicago grocery store last weekend.

Same exact thing just happened to a family member of mine that lives in Phoenix.
If I were the Sheriff, I’d just fill out a fake application for SNAP, TANF, WICs and get an EBT card like all the illegal mexicans do following the lead of all the denizens of EVERY Major Urban city in this country. The government doesn’t check anything on the applications.....get one program and it automatically qualifies you for the others.
