How many mass shootings has CA had with all the mental illness walking around? I bet there is a ton of shooting related to gang bangers releases from prison. But let's not worry about that. I'm serious. They are just killing other gang bangers.
CA needs to change to allow law abiding citizens to protect themselves from the gang bangers if they move into their hoods.
