Smoke is from the compensator ports
What is hinky is there is only a choke cylinder in the upper barrel, as if he was only planning on a single shot.
Also excessive smoke for smokeless powder, which suggests it may be a low charge blackpowder blank round.
Other than that...
Thanks! I knew I could count on FReepers to know!
Speaking of new weapons ‘a friend’ recently purchased (before his tragic boating accident)... A recent purchase of a Circuit Judge 410/.45 and a Marlin 30-30 lever action make me all goose pimply
And suggesting for cheaper AMMO or an addition to this that would allow for practice with ammo not as expensive?
(any one here reload 410? since the initial cost or 410 ammo is $$$ I am thinking reloading makes good sense)
“Also excessive smoke for smokeless powder, which suggests it may be a low charge blackpowder blank round.”
A “special” shell. No powder, no shot. Just a wad and a primer.
“Pull———ploot” No BANG, just a silly “ploot.”
Had it happen myself, with my Dad’s reloads. Embarrassing, but funny!

***Smoke is from the compensator ports ***
Lets see if I get this straight...If I have holes drilled along the barrel to control recoil it is good.
If I place one on the end of a semi-auto rifle it converts it into an evil assault rifle!
