Oddly, Michelle (seated on the dias, to The One's right) applauded often during Dr. Carson's speech, and gave him a standing ovation at the end. Kind of perplexing to me...
The whole audience gave him a standing ovation....and were still standing LONG AFTER the Obamas had sat down...(which was pretty quickly...go back and look again)
