This BS by Clinton, Obama, and; this entire admin is the worse leadership/management ever. ZIP. The SEC of State is responsible for the personnel assigned, the security, and; the lives of every swinging Richard in Dept of State wheresoever situated. Obama is responsible for US national security, not just here, but; wherever we place one single American. Now, Obama is responsible for everything this admin does or fails to do. Who do you think the CG comes looking for when an outpost is overrun and Willie is dead because the company CO failed to listen to his men? Hint. They come for the CO. Now, under Obama-no boss is held responsible for a damn thing. I look at Gen Martin Dempsey like a REMF.
