What they forgot to say was that they respect the right of criminals to have their illegal guns.
They deliberately leave guns in the hands of the violent criminals while trying to take them away from honest, non-violent citizens.

It’s coming to a time when these fools need to be simply ignored with mass non-compliance.
The left is treating this as just another power grab. These fools will start another civil war over this idiocy.

The Calif. Democrats are a heady lot with their super majority. I’d believe they are going to find some resistance to their headiness.

If this passes, my guns my money and my family will be gone within 6 months. If they think I can be replaced by an illegal immigrant who will pay the taxes I do they are going to be surprised. I will rent my home and spend those profits in my new home state. KMA Kali.

"almost every item in the proposal is wildly unconstitutional." Taking a page from Dear Reader, I see. Just like in the movie "The Mask"
If noone stops you, how can it be unconstitutional?

What most that do not know, is that free "stuffers" gave the dims 2/3 control of both the senate and the assembly. The republicans (rino or otherwise) may as well stay home and collect their pay. They can't even slow down anything in the granny state. Prop 13 that keeps property taxes in line has long been a target and the senors that are still covered by this have a rude awakening.

None of this improves public safety but it does help out crazy killer cops like the guy wandering about down at Big Bear killing people.
Not surprising the California Senate wants to protect his kind and make things easier.
The solution really does lie in rounding up Democrats and waterboarding them to see if they're dangerous.

...and consider taking the state's 166,000 registered assault weapons from their owners. So much for all those dissembling re-assurances that registration would not lead to confiscation.

Oh, my, this is bad. Maybe these bills will be watered down and/or not pass. It’s not set in concrete - yet.

Why did 166,000 people register their weapons? That violates ones 4th amendment rights
