From the article on Charlie Dent earlier: "The former attorney general says the Freeh report is seriously flawed, very flawed," Dent said.

Louis isn't going to have a very good week. Good thing he suckered Pepper Hamilton when he did.

We've already seen a b.o.t. member and the PA Head of DPW resign this week. Who's next? Rodney Erickson maybe?

9AM tomorrow espn.

What’s in this for Gov. Dick Thornburgh?

Is he nuts?

Maybe he wants the truth. Not the media narrative, but the actual truth. Regardless, louis is going to get beaten like a rented mule in the morning and it is long overdue.

Don’t forget the popcorn. Even though it’s 9am.

Maybe the lynch mob doesn’t frighten him.

Why the hatred for Freeh? Just because you don’t like his findings? He’s not exactly a hack...

What happened at Penn State was wrong and it should not have been allowed to continue.

Freeh wasn't responsible, was he?

I don't like the David Koresh's of the world either. I like gubbmint coverups of their own actions even less.

I'm from a small town in PA called Montoursville. Ever hear of Flight 800? 16 students and 5 chaperones from MHS were on that flight. How'd louis handle that investigation?

Even freeh's wiki page is brutal.

OK. You're not a fan of David Koresh. You're not a fan of Randy Weaver, you're not a fan of Richard Jewel, are you a fan of Janet Reno? Bill Clinton? Hillary Clinton? Because "non hack" Louis Freeh was the FBI's paid fixer who made sure the FBI never seriously questioned the narratives his masters handed him, nor acted as an independent investigating agency.

Not a hack?

Get serious.

I really would like to see the reaction from the NCAA? Not the media spin they will give the media.....the real “I just soiled my pants” reaction from their risk management people. They are the ones who hocked the farm on the Freeh Report

Thornburgh had a good relationship with Joe Paterno

Clear conflict of interest since Thornburgh is hardly objective.

It seems that there are a few folks here at FR who believe that Paterno's hands were clean in this mess. They were not. Period.

These guys here on this thread think that Joe Paterno is completely innocent in covering up for Sandusky and are attacking anyone who dares to say otherwise.

Pedophile enablers.

Thornburgh has a wiki page:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dick_Thornburgh

It is quite a contrast to Louie Freeh’s brutal page.

Which of those two would you trust to produce an objective report???

Whom do I trust?

How about Joe Paterno who said, "I wish I had done more." Says it all, doesn't it?

We have a perpetrator (Sandusky) We have an enabler of Sandusky (Paterno). And on this thread (among others), we have enablers of an enabler (Paterno).

What I don't understand is why you bring this piece of human debris to this beautiful website?

Why don't you bring your enabling over to the ESPN and/or Yahoo Sports websites and see how far you get in their comments section?

Where in those words does it say "I knew"

Do you wish you had done more???? Does that mean that "you knew what Sandusky was doing". Hmmmmm???

What kind of logic is that? I wasn't in a position to know what was going on therefore how would I know what Sandusky was doing?

Paterno: "I wish I had done more." This was said in hindsight as in "I knew what was going on and I had the wherewithall to do more about it at the time, but I didn't."
