On November 9th, 2012 erstwhile Maricopa County Cold Case Posse (MCCCP)“Investigator” Mike Zullo signed a massively expanded and updated second “affidavit” concerning his alleged investigation intothe identity documents of President Barack Obama. I refer to it as an “alleged investigation” because there is very little investigative work to be found within the pages of the affidavit. To the extent it recounts lines of enquiry, they without exception all end in futility. To the extent it purports to recount “facts,” they are all recounted second hand, most of them ruthlessly plagiarized from the “work” of other birthers. To the extent that anyone appears to be the principal investigator here, it is certainly not Mike Zullo but instead a person who is not even officially a posse member; birther “journalist” Jerome Corsi of the right-wing website World Net Daily (WND). And to the extent this affidavitrepresents a statement from Mike Zullo, it represents the near complete abandonment of even the pretense that he is an unbiased investigator instead of an ordinary, run-of-the-mill birther.
The affidavit appears to serve three purposes:
First, it is an opportunity for Zullo to vent his personal frustration with how badly he believes he was treated by officials from the State of Hawai‘i. His complaints to that effect show blissful ignorance of the fact that Zullo was entirely responsible for setting the tone and tenor of that adversarial relationship..........

I saw that book by Woodman. I believe it was just as bad as this author’s failed attempt at discrediting the Cold Case Posse’s fine investigative work.

Much like the vital records in Hawai’i concerning Obama and Barry Soetoro, the documents are protected from public scrutiny by the Privacy Act.
Obama’s Certificate of Naturalization was on file with the USCIS in Missouri and then transferred to the National Archives in Maryland. A certified copy of the Certificate of Naturalization is available by Court order or a waiver of the Privacy Act signed by Obama.
An edited OLFBC pdf file posted on the White House website, a suspicious Selective Service application and a SSN with a Connecticut prefix raise doubts about Obama’s eligibility for POTUS. A Certificate of Naturalization is indisputable proof Obama is not eligible for POTUS; regardless of his nativity records, Selective Service records and Social Security records.

This morning you say:
“Obama’s Certificate of Naturalization ‘WAS’ on file with the USCIS in Missouri and then transferred to the National Archives in Maryland.”
Which is it? And have you checked the ‘National Archives in Maryland’? If it is in the archives then there should be a record or notation of it documented there. Just like Gov. Albercrombe finding a recording of Obama’s birth in the Hawaii state archives.
I haven’t looked, but my guess is that the author is a fogblower, and has been to FR to defend/deflect/attack in support of Obama.

That’s right. It would be proof he’s ineligible for POTUS. Orly has a good case with Taitz v Obama, but she’s only interested in his college applications, SSN application and SSS filing. As we saw with the biography published with Obama’s book that said he was born in Kenya, Obama will say any documents that say I’m a foreigner are another person’s mistake.
And then Obama will say the State of Hawai’i says I’m born in Hawai’i and that’s all that matters. And Obots will continue to demand anyone who denies Obama’s eligibility has to prove Obama wasn’t born in Hawai’i while being denied access to the original documents because it would violate Obama’s privacy.

And to think, Obama could clear this up in one minute with a REAL birth certificate (like the one he said he has in his book)

Mr. Magnussen, if you say it is in the archives then there should be a record or notation of it documented there. Correct? Have you specifically checked the ‘National Archives’ in Maryland for verification the ‘Certificate of Naturalization’ is actually there? If so when?

I really want to know why Missouri, when did you see the cert of naturalization there, and how do you know it was sent to national archives in Maryland.
