Watched the interview of the Lieutant and the description of the encounter....there is no doubt of the pfficiers recognizing him and he they passed on the road and he fired his piston at the officiers vehicle.

The Gentlemen whose pickup was taken by Dorner with assaul weapon in his face said it was Dorner.

I believe he was the man in the fiery cabin and he did not escape.

Confirmation will come in due time.

I watched the interviews on Channel 5 here in Orange County.

Local Channel 5 also has a reporter on stakeout as his mothers house in La Palma.
