Cheney accused Barky of "bailing out" of Iraq and of doing a "cut-and-run" on the whole Middle East. He also said that Obama is doing long-lasting damage to our defense and diplomatic posture that will last for many years. He pointed to our degrading order of battle as Obama uses the "sequester" to attack defense programs he couldn't otherwise.
He also rated Obama as more destructive than Jimmy Carter because -- Cheney said this -- Obama and his team are smarter than Carter and his team were.
Rose tried out that Obamanoid chestnut, "Obama is rebuilding America's prestige", and Big Dick crushed it over the Green Monster.
