Rubio: Rove’s Conservative Victory Project Is 'Fine'
National Review Online ^ | Katrina Trinko

In an interview this morning, Marco Rubio — hardly the establishment favorite in his own Senate race — defended Karl Rove’s Conservative Victory Project, which has angered many tea partiers.

Noting that Rove had helped him during a crucial time in his Senate race, Rubio said that both the Tea Party and the Conservative Victory Project “have a place in American politics.”

Rove helped Rubio because Rubio is one of them. The Tea Partiers beware!

Rubio said that both the Tea Party and the Conservative Victory Project “have a place in American politics.”

He means the CVP picks the candidates and the Tea Party votes for em.

This is Rubio’s thank you to all the Florida conservatives who helped him defeat Crazy Crist. I’d suggest that Rubio is selling out his principles, but it’s clear the man was a fraud from day one. Pretend to be conservative to get elected then sign on to the Big R GOP establishment for a run at the Presidency. How much more duplicity can America endure before it collapses?

Rubio is a pro amnesty fraud who is willing to sell out US citizens just to get a few more votes. What a selfish turd.

Rubio said all the right things, and grassroot effort propelled him to win the race. Once he's in, he couldn't distance himself as far from tea party as possible.

Like Scott Brown in MA, they figured being “moderate” gave (will give) them a better chance at re-election.

They gambled grassroot had nowhere else to go but vote for them. And that is why Scott Brown beat that charokee woman handily (NOT)!!!

The more Rubio opens his mouth, the more damage he does to ever being elected to national office.

I think he’s jumped the shark.

He’s just playing nice. Anyone can spend money however they like, and Rubio’s not going to stoke the intra-party rivalry. Rubio is a product of the tea party. He’s a product of the DeMint Senate reform. I think we can be assured that DeMint still supports Rubio.

If we are going to throw everyone under the bus, there’s no one left.

I am not throwing everyone under the bus - Rubio is free to say and do whatever he wants — He can be the champion of immigration reform. He can be the moderate among the conservatives (to please the Globalists in hiding). However, he is not free to run for POTUS. If he does, then that tells me all I need to know about what kind of Patriot Constitutionalist he is.

Marco Rubio is not a Conservative

This is not even debateable, now.

This is Rove/Soros DREAM Candidate.

Rubio is another RINO loser just like McCain and Romney both were and true Conservatives like myself, are going to keep clear of this train wreck just like we did with Romney and McCain.

Rove raised a bunch of money for the guy so it’s kinda hard to bite the hand that feeds you. Rubio might not be aware of what Rove has been doing lately and not putting much stock in reports. Let’s also not forget I don’t think there is much love lost between Crist and the Bushes.

We’re dealing with super egos here.

I believe I overheard Ann Coulter on the Hannity radio show 2/13/say that Rubio was born in Calgary Canada. He also appeared on Levin’s show( whom I suspect detests Rove) but this issue was never brought up probably because Levin wasn’t aware of that NRO report. Levin later had Trump as a first time guest and both were dissing Rove and I completely share Trumps evaluation of Rove.

Here is a portion of my take my take;

....Does anybody remember what the Democrats did at their convention ??? First they eliminated any mention of the word GOD...and when they thought twice about doing that they reintroduced the resolution what happened ? They booed God....That resolution was rammed through just like the Affordable Health Care Act ...

Was that fact used in any of the material Rove’s RINOS spewed forth during the 2012 Romney or US senate races his group of GOPES (Government Ofthe People Elite Snobs) used on their hit list ? I like using that acronym because it rhymes with dopes.

Noooo ! They could have used that episode to point out how far to the left the democrat party has hyphenated into; Demo-Coms ...Instead well we don’t like Aikin ...He said what ? OMG OMG he’s unqualified ...If there was a chance he would have been burned at the stake by Rove’s RINOS and the so called “conservative” talkies spouting Rove’s tripe.

WHAT YOU DIDN’T HEAR WAS THIS ...While at their convention the Democrats were busy dening God at least Aikin believes in something like the ten commandments. Including Thou shalt not steal and doesn’t believe that getting elected to office doesn’t give you a license to do steal ... Which his opponent seems to have done rather well since being in office. The same thing with Mourdock.

Now his bunch seems to be saying if you hold a religious view don’t run for office... We’re gonna save the Republican party ....to be finished off by Obama and the hypenated democrats..
Roves RINOS wrong for America and wrong for the Republican party...

I think the problem is Rove, and foreign trade.

The GOP-e with Bush in charge is happy with foreign trade unbalanced, as is every Democrat.

Everyone is happy to be selling the USA down the river, and both sides are in on it.

I think the first party to make a platform of rebuilding America from the ground up. Starting with foreign trade now.

Will win whichever election follows. Big.

Right now I see no sign that either party is prepared to do anything. While American jobs continue to flow to China.

There will come a day. I am placing a marker on the ground and saying there will come a day. No choice.

Either we fight for American jobs. Or we will crumble.

We are not there yet. Lots of people still have lots of money. But the movement is very strongly in the wrong direction.

Whichever party wakes up to this, will rule.

Wake up GOP.

Rubio has "friends" in both places.....and declares emphatically that he stands by his friends! /sarc

What an asshole Rubio is! He doesn't know the difference between legal immigrants and illegal aliens. What an asshole he is! A true legacy in the mold of the Bushites!

“What an asshole Rubio is! He doesn’t know the difference between legal immigrants and illegal aliens.”

Oh he knows the difference all right. He’s just a big enough opportunist to blur the distinction so that he can promote Amnesty. He puts his ethnic group first.

The GOP elites can’t throw the old American native stock overboard fast enough in their race to replace them with hispanics. You will live to see the USA become the northernmost country of Latin America, and the GOP-e will help bring that about.
