Police say two heavily armed men fatally shot a homeowner as he tried to protect his daughter during a home invasion.
The incident happened late Tuesday night in Miami. The father, identified as Maurice Harris, 36, got into a struggle with the suspects when they tried to gain entry into his 11-year-old daughter's bedroom, police told FoxNews.com. The father was fatally shot in the struggle.
There were no other reports of injuries. The suspects were described as black males.

If as described, there may have been an unreported motive for the invasion.

Fox gave the race of the perps, the media doesn’t like that..
You can’t make judgments after reading a pathetic writeup like that. Plus, it’s based on the first statements of traumatized family members who witnessed the killing.

And as a former LEO I can vouch for the fact based upon my personal experience that they commit the majority of violent crimes by a very LONG shot. If it’s a home invasion or armed robbery 99.9% of the time it will be black males. It something the black population will not admit even if you stack all of the reports on their desks to prove it to them. They will just say it’s because there are a lot more white cops and they are just targeting “us”. Excuse me ma’am but we don’t sit around at gas stations or houses waiting for black peeps to commit crimes we just answer all the calls that come in when victims and witnesses report them. I guess they are targeting black people too. You just can’t reason with them.
I smell a home invasion on a drug dealer. Very common. Commonly ends up with someone getting shot too.
The pubbies and the NRA should make an ad describing this incident to the public. You can bet this incident won’t be a focus of the MSM.

Also, “assault weapons” are modern sporting rifles, rifle, gun or pistol.
They are “defense weapons”, not assault weapons. 99.99% of defense-weapon owners never use it for assault, only use it for defense and target shooting. An assault weapon must have full-automatic capability, or it is just a defense weapon.
