No doubt there are everyday names by the thousands that came from American Indians.

The NCAA wanted to ban FSU’s mascot, but the leaders of the Seminole Tribe told them that they wanted FSU to keep it.More importantly, FSU refused to budge one inch. They stood their ground by promptly telling the Indianapolis-based NCAA that they would leave the NCAA before they would change their name. I wish Republicans had that kind of backbone.
