A couple of months ago I was using one of the stall facilities in a Target and heard a couple of men talking about some hair gel or some such (I know, but hang with me)

I shave my head so I couldn't resist an opportunity to make a comment. When I was washing my hands I said that I just don't understand preoccupation with hair.

The guy next to me said he thought hands were overrated. I glanced over and his left arm was a stub just below the shoulder.

He said it with a straight face. OMG. So funny.

I feel so sorry for the people on that cruise ship! But I feel sorrier for the cruise line officials, who are going to become the new whipping boys for the liberal media. Never mind that they’re refunding their passengers’ ticket prices in full, that they’re paying for the hotel rooms the passengers will need when they finally arrive in port tonight, and who knows what else.

ROFL! What a perfect response!!! I would never have been able to think that fast.

While I was on active duty, I worked in a HQ building that had a small snack shop run by a blind man. He trusted his customers not to cheat him, and they didn’t (makes me so proud of my fellow military members). One day I was in the shop and another customer brought a soft drink in a cup to the register. “Coke,” he said to the owner. The owner replied, “What size?” “Oh, I don’t know, I’ll go see,” said the customer, turning to go back to the machine and see which size cup he’d chosen. The owner reached out carefully, found the customer’s drink, and put his hand around the cup to determine the size. “Never mind,” he told the customer, “I used my digital scanner.”

I think Rush’s analysis of the Obama presidency is brilliant. It’s appalling to me that the majority of American voters make no connection between his policies and their destructive results. I would never have believed the American people could be so grossly ignorant and immune to logic and facts.

Obama succeeds by making sure he’s never seen to be governing, and by remaining in permanent campaign mode. Therefore he can avoid being associated with his own policies, and can continue to portray himself as the valiant outsider trying to defeat the evil, entrenched establishment (Republicans). (I’m taking notes for future reference.)

Plus, of course, he’s black, so in the liberal media’s eyes, he’s incapable of doing anything wrong.

No tax incentives to move American jobs overseas, says Rush..

There may not be a law that literally states: "businesses are exempt from taxation by transferring Joe Sixpack's job overseas;"

but what about the various tax issues addressed by repatriation laws?

IOW, there sure as hell is tax advantages for moving production overseas if it is nothing more than less taxes than here.
