A college student in New Jersey is delivering condoms on campus to promote responsibility among his peers, and to turn a profit. He started the business last year, and hopes to expand to nearby campuses.

The last time I was in a college campus dormitory (which was about 3 weeks ago - don't ask why), there was a punchbowl full of those in the lobby.
Why would there be a need for delivery?
