Colorado HB 1224 is one of 4 Dem gun-grab bills up for debate and vote for tomorrow. The duh Dums have been saying to Magpul that you can still build them in CO, but you can't sell them here. LoL. The Dims are trying to accommodate Magpul, but I believe they are gone out of Colorado if this anti-second amendment bill passes. Gov. Hickenlooper met with Magpul today.

Magpul is a great little company. Hope it moves to GA...we love weapons accessory companies.
Same for ammo companies.
Check out Douglas GA...a very business friendly little City. Plenty of good/loyal workers, plenty of good, appreciative citizens who will support your company!
I promise you will love it here!

Damn right. They could open a factory store that would probably sell 90% of their current production capacity.
And just think of the possibilities, should they tweak some of their molds to add an iconic Lone Star symbol, or an outline of the State of Texas. We go nuts for that sort of stuff here as it is.
C'mon down, Magpul - and build us some "T-Mags". :-)

Yowza, Magpul brang it on down here south of the Rio Rojo. And maybe some of the gun manufacturers in states like IL, NY, MA, CT, NH ... all y’all need to brang it on down here to friendly turf and abandon the cesspools.
They don’t want guns, don’t give ‘em any.

****A person may possess a large-capacity magazine if he or she owns the large-capacity magazine on the effective date of the bill and maintains continuous possession of the large-capacity magazine. ****
So, it appears the Colorado legislature is not worried about magazines produced in the past but ONLY those to be manufactured in the future?
Does that mean that only magazines made in the future will be used by criminals?

One of the few (only?) sectors of the economy that is working/growing right now and Colorado legislators want to drive it away? What kind of {expletive} idea is that? Oooh, a "feel good" law that will be an utterly meaningless waste of resources. It will not prevent one single criminal from obtaining a "high capacity" magazine. Not one. It would (if passed) prevent law abiding citizens from obtaining the technology and gear they need to protect themselves.
Heard the other day that Magpul has a backlog of 1 million magazines. Wonder what their production capacity is? How long will it take to make a million magazines?

But I dont know anyone who wants Magpul out of Colorado.Sure you do... Anti-gunners, many of whom are in Colorado. It doesn't matter to them what damage it does to the state's economy. They're ideology trumps all other interests.
Sort of like that booger eating moron governor of NY who said "Good Riddance" (in case you missed it, he really did say "Good Riddance" in public!) to Rush Limbaugh, a multimillion dollar annual earner who used to pay income and sales taxes in the state of NY. The governor was more than happy to lose all that cash just to get rid of a conservative.

Damn right. If the governments of those statist hell-holes don't think their bettors can be trusted with guns or anything else, I can't see how a business based on basic civil rights could believe those governments can be trusted with any tax receipts based on their businesses. Shoot, those government should view it as dirty money and not want to take it anyway, if they were consistent in their stupidity.
