And IF there is some white guy forcing a black man to rob a liquor store - someone go to the local liberal newspaper with the facts and they'll run it on the front page.
This is only the first EEOC regulation. No doubt the next one will dictate that the convict hires be in high paying white collar or executive positions because hiring them in entry level jobs will be discrimination that disproportionately affects minorities.

In a sane world this would produce laughter. In a world dominated by insane PC, this is taken seriously.
How will this effect restoration of a professional license lost for convictions? An RN who stole drugs, an MD who molested patients, etc? Will their licenses be restored?
No, they don't. They imply it's true - they write opinion pieces but NO the MSM doesn't write stories about black people being forced to commit crimes BY white people BECAUSE IT'S NOT HAPPENING. That's why there are no stories - NO FACTS - O names, NO pictures, NO dates etc. It's just NOT happening. Blacks commit crimes all on their own. No one is forcing them to be criminals.
I know someone with a felony drug conviction who just got hired. She’s doing fine now, but it took a lot of learning for her to figure it out, though. Some HR departments see it as a “red flag “ just if someone has been out of work for a year, no other reason. Now, how are they going to handle this?

When I say “WE” I am being generic...WE as in Whites will be to blame...when the SHTF and I am afraid it will, it will just be another ‘thing’ we did to them.
I realize it is a problem which they have created and backed —and you are using logic - but logic is one of the first ‘victims’.
To add to your ‘the same people’ etc, the same people that don’t want abortions, on the whole, are against wholesale welfare so, as in everthing else, actions have consequences whether they be right or wrong, good or bad.
Given what we know I’d say it goes all the way to the top!
