I think Mark nailed it on the large ammo purchases by the government. The Obammunists in our government know as well as we do this house of cards is unsustainable and will collapse.

Remember their hair-brained plan to ‘micro-stamp’ each round, and tax it? That was unfeasilble and would have slowed-down productuion.

By buying-up billions of rounds, the Gov’t has cornered the ammo/ & reloading markets, and by instituting a Draconian AWB, they’e effetively emptied the shelves, production facilities and retail pipelines, using US Taxpayers’ monies.

Firearms wo/ ammo = clubs. Cars wo/ fuel = lawn ornaments. Closing down major mfgrs’ plants by changing 30 & 40 rnd mags to 7 & 10 rnd mags drives them either out of stat, ot stops production, to retool, and halts shipping for months. DELAYS, DELAYS, DELAYS. Until so many blue states can ban everything, confiscate and imprison those who won’t comply is but one tactic. They’re going for it.
