California would strip the tax-exempt status from youth organizations like the Boy Scouts if they have policies that bar gay people from participating, under a bill introduced at the Capitol Tuesday.
The measure, SB323, by Sen. Ricardo Lara, D-Bell Gardens (Los Angeles County), comes as the national Boy Scouts of America is considering changes to its policy barring gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people from serving as scouts or as leaders in the organization.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — In a historic move, California's Latino Legislative Caucus has selected openly gay Assemblymember Ricardo Lara, who represents California's 50th District, as its new chair.
Lara's election makes him the first gay leader of this large and prominent caucus.

Second Amendment--Gone!!
Without the 2nd Amendment, the Third Amendment is an easy mark (quartering of troops). However, they will be Obama's troops, so it is ok for them to be put in private homes. Fourth Amendment--Dead!
Fifth Amendment--Criminals are in charge so no worries about incrimination. Right to just compensation for a taking however, is DEAD!
Do I really have to mention speedy trial, and the 9th and 10th Amendments? Those are only worth a good guffaw.

Tax exemption is not a govt support.
The govt has no intrinsic expectation of taxation. Anti conservatives view taxation as the first and most essential aspect of commerce.

Revoking tax exemption is an attack on the civil right of free exercise of religion and other first amendment rights.

I meant that sarcastically. Look at the postings...TSA agents roughing up a little girl in a wheelchair...An autistic boy ends up dead at the hands of wanna be cops...The Boy Scouts being bullied by queers...The Catholic Church being forced to buy condoms....
Thing is Moslems always seem to be exempt from the tolerance fascists..mmmm wonder why?
