it will not close any airports - pilots do just fine at small airports with no atc towers
tune your radio to the assigned frequency and key your mic if you need the lights
many of those towers are at TINY airports that congressmen like stennis had built for his own personal use - while larger airports with no tower operate just fine
anyone know if its legal to have a health insurance company based offshore - and accepted by doctors and hospitals in the states?
seems to me if someone bought a policy offshore - and the doctor or hospital would not accept the policy, the money could be paid directly to the policy holder
