The ground war over gun control after the Newtown, Conn. massacre has begun. Across the country, members of Congress are being hit with grassroots campaigns and ads aimed at pushing them to one side or the other in the current debate over gun violence.

On Friday, the remnants of President Obama’s reelection campaign will hold its first “Day Of Action” since the November election, rallying its millions of supporters to join the call for gun control legislation at grassroots events nationwide

All you knew then was what the news media fed you. That Randy Weaver was a member of a neo nazi racist organization that sold illegal weapons and was holed up in his compound after shooting and killing federal agents sent to legally arrest him for his crimes.

Wrong again some more. The miracles of two-way radio communications, outbanding, and SWL has for some, kept the government under scrutiny for a long, long time. It is only recently that alternative comms (www for one) have begun educating many more towards a critical mass which will start the next chapter in our histories.

They (governments) aren’t deceieving as large a percentage of people who now are looking about for a standard and leaders-more so each time an election is stolen and an unconstitutional law is foisted upon us. A change is coming, no quarter will be the watchword. I swore to The Constitution. YMMV

I don’t know; history is replete with examples showing just the opposite. Let’s just hope we as a nation can step back from the abyss, that we never get to the point where that history must repeat itself. Though getting to that point seems more inevitable day by day.
