I went to JC Penny's yesterday and saw they were opening some new stores within a store come Spring 2013. I didn't buy anything but I thought that was interesting. Kohl’s is killing JC Penny's. This is really good for capitalism. Only the strong survive. JC Penny's needs to change and change quick if they want to keep up. JC Penny's is way more expensive than Kohl's.
