My bitch with the war on drugs is the collateral damage done to innocents and the complete trashing of constitutional rights while waging it...
stop listening to the pundits, and check things out just a little more..
not all republicans are conservatives..
and not all libertarians are nut jobs..
I have said this before, and i will say it again, the constitution, applied as written, will piss off just as many conservatives as it would liberals..

That you are an exception in no way proves that libertarians aren’t overwelming pro-abortion & pro-gay marriage. It also does not support your orignal statement that conservatives and libertarians are natural political allies. We are not.
In addition, your presumption that I only listen to pundits and don’t check things out is arrogant and insulting. In point of actual fact, libertarians (see small “l”) are a tiny % of the electorate that does poorly whenever their ideas are polled at the ballot box.
