Former White House press secretary Robert Gibbs says he was instructed when he joined the administration not to acknowledge the existence of Americas drones program.
When I went through the process of becoming press secretary, one of the first things they told me was, youre not even to acknowledge the drone program, he said Sunday on MSNBCs Up With Chris Hayes. Youre not even to discuss that it exists.
Gibbs, who stressed that he was speaking only for himself, called that dynamic crazy and said that the lack of transparency surrounding the drones program undermines broader confidence in government.

So. He’s supposedly now an unbiased whateverthehelltheycallassholesonMSNBC/CNN/ABC/CBS/PBS/whatever commentator...whooppeeeee doooo!
He’s told us he lied then. Are we now to assume he’s not lying on anything else then ———or now?
Screw Him....
Funny, He doesn't look Cuban.
Sounds like the Nuremberg defense.
Wonder what he got for lying? 30 pieces of silver? every single time? Wow, that would add up. To hell with you, Gibbs.
Robert Gibbs is a liar. He said so himself. Why do responsible reporters sit in WH press conferences and dutifully report what he says as news? It is a puppet show with a propaganda story line.
Obama will just roast all of you White People’s stomachs.
There are no drones.
So if he sees a drone fly over he should just pretend he didn’t, keep his head down and concentrate on his Tinker Toys all the while saying, “I did not see that!”.
I thought liberals like Gibbs loved to disclose Classified Military information.
...because if you do acknowledge them, they’ll take you out by a killer drone hit?
If Gibbs in fact failed to “acknowledge drones” while serving in the WH, then he obviously never said a word to Harry Reid, among others..
