They need to move to Kansas or Missouri. No chance they will have problems in either of those two states. Kansas may eliminate the state income tax.
Thanks, Red Steel!
A quality .22 cal pellet rifle will work just fine and you can get 500 rounds for anywhere from $5 to $15......and you can practice in your basement too if you want.
Here's one of mine.....
I favor aluminum 20s from way back but will get some of the Magpul 30s for family to try. The Magpul folks are a shining example for the American way. It appears that they are going the extra 100 yards for freedom.
I like that, "Standard Capacity" = 30 rounders.
I just purchased a Benjamin Discovery .22 PCP (pre-charged pneumatic) air rifle. Ammo is @ $12.50 per 500 pellets.
Amazing that these air rifles can be charged w 2,000 psi. Good for @ 20 - 25 shots per full charge.
I took it out yesterday w my honey and sighted it in.
Google it or the Benjamin Marauder.

Pyramyd Air has a wide variety of .22 and larger (.25, 9mm and even .45) air rifles that are cheap to shoot and very effective for varmints and keeping skills sharp.
