I just bought several items this weekend. I haven’t been there in years.
They have changed most of their suppliers. They have thinned out the merchandise on the sales floor so it is not so cluttered. These actions have alienated most of their regular customers. The new customers they are aiming for have not yet figured out they are different. So, sales are down.
If they are able to last long enough to weather the change over, I think they will be better in the end.
I guess Cover Girl wants to nail down that bull dyke market share.

Exactly. Most "U.S." Corporations have been absorbed by the Banking Cartel and act as false fronts. They aren't money making operations, they can just print all the money they want. They use the corporations like the East India Company to control sectors of the economy and also used in social engineering.
The Banking Cartel has move most of the wealth creation in this country to Red China. (Wealth can only be created only by taking stuff out of the ground and making things that people need everyday) This was not done to benefit the Chinese people but to deny that wealth to the American people, to sap our strength and the ability to remain independent. They want to take the USA down and rule over us like God-Kings.
We aren't going to survive as a nation unless the public wakes up to this.

Don't worry, that comment wasn't nosy. It was just rude and offensive. My wife is not "permanently asleep" as you suggest. If we ruled out every retail store that kissed gay asses we'd have to rule out Apple, Disney (including ABC and a wide variety of publications and entertainment affiliates they own), Target, JC Penny, etc. Perhaps you are so pure as to make your own clothes and grow all your own food but most of us have to buy stuff and so we have to deal with what is. If JC Penny wants to run stupid ads, so be it. If they change their strategy to basically tell all their customers "we don't want you anymore, we want the DINKs, especially gay DINKs" then they are off our list. If you think I'm not down with your cause, I can live with that.
I agree. It has everything to do with their merchandise and how they're selling it. Two weeks before Christmas we tried to buy dressy sweaters there for two boys ages 5 and 7. The saleslady looked stricken and said they hadn't gotten any in. What exactly are they selling if they're not selling dressy sweaters before Christmas? We ended up getting them at Target. That was probably the only time we've been in a Penneys in the last 5 years. I doubt we'll be there in the next 5.
2/3 of everything I saw was already on clearance.
