Think of how swiftly Timothy McVeigh was tried and executed. If this terrorist is allowed to “plead out” to avoid the death penalty, it will truly be a sad day in our history.

While I certainly don't endorse a "living, breathing, evolving" stance on our sacred Constitution, there must be a some way to temporarily revoke the "cruel and unusual punishment" prohibition from the Eighth Amendment for this agent of Satan.

I'm happy to send him back to his master, and I don't mind if the dispatch is quick and painless. Why bother crossing that line? Whatever Hasan's inspiration has in mind for him, I have complete confidence that the punishment is far beyond our power to imagine.

If Obama had a Presidential Transition Team
it would look JUST LIKE THIS coddled terrorist.

If they let this POS go with a plea deal where we pay for the rest of his life to keep his crippled ass in jail instead of shooting him like should be done it will be a travesty.

If he pleads, he lives. Bottom line.

Trial by court-martial would be extremely messy for all parties concerned, right up into the WH itself but especially the chain of command with its PC don’t-you-dare-criticize-Islam culture.

Hasan pleading to a lesser charge benefits everybody. Except the victims’ family members.

“This guy is a precedent with what is wrong with the PC justice system.”

That ‘dishonor’ just might go to Chuckles Manson & Co. What’s that been? 40-50yrs, at Taxpayers’ expense? And there are probably many others on DR who needed killing decades ago, too.

Too bad he wasn’t tried and sentenced by the state instead of the Feds. He could have gotten the needle...........

No civilian trial for him. He’ll take the please to save his own skin knowing that he would be a dead man in a civilian court. I, like others believe, the Odumbo crowd has their fingers all over this one.

The Death Room need an ***Express Lane*** of no more than 18mos; then you go to meet your Maker and answer to Him. IMO.

Too bad he was able to exit the building by any other means than a body bag.

Note bene: To all you judges that love to rush things to judgment to keep your calendars clean, note the positive results when you actually let the attorneys have the time necessary to build the case.

I wouldn’t be at all surprised.

I would volunteer for his execution squad, but I suppose there are thousands who are in line ahead of me.

“unpremeditated”
I think not!

Wrap him in a pig’s carcass and bury him head first.
