It needs deportation. Southern California is absolutely packed with foreign nationals living here illegally. And it's not just Mexican nationals, we have them from all over the globe.

A fence is needed but it's worthless if foreign nationals can stay in our country as long as they feel like once they sneak in or overstay their visa. If they aren't deported when they give the finger to immigration law then we have no law. Which seems to be the policy of both the GOP establishment and the Democrats.

A tradesy ~ we give Mexico 15% of any annual immigration quota, and they have to accept and deal with any and all illegals we catch ~ from whatever country.

I think that would have a tendency to discourage almost anyone except maybe a North Korean refugee
